The Bigaradier Route

The Cap Bon, and more specifically the region of Nabeul, is historically recognized as one of the main tourist areas in Tunisia, particularly for its coastline and beach attractions. However, beyond this classic tourist offer, the area boasts a rich agricultural and cultural heritage conducive to the development of new forms of experiential and sustainable tourism.

About this experience

It is within this dynamic that Zahr Nabeul Tour is launched, a tourist route that will be officially inaugurated in April 2026 in the region of Nabeul. It will showcase the bitter orange blossom (zahr in Tunisian), a symbolic tree deeply rooted in local history and traditions, through immersive experiences highlighting the associated artisanal, culinary, and cultural know-how.

Led by the Association for the Safeguarding of the City of Nabeul (ASVN), the route has been designed to promote the traditional and contemporary uses of the bitter orange tree through a range of immersive experiences connecting agricultural heritage, artisanal craftsmanship, gastronomy, and experiential tourism.
